Hipay doesn't show at checkout - how do i resolve?

Hi everyone

 

i was hoping someone could help me out, im almost ready to start advertsing my website, but have run into a problem with accepting HiPay payments

 

I have created an account with them, and when trying to intergrate by giving my hipay account number and id on the configure payment modules, i get this error message "Hipay Catagories not set for every site ID"

 

i have checked the group/currency & countries restrictions, and they are all highlighted correctly.

 

ive spent hours searching for a solution, and the only thing ive read is editing the hipay.php, or root.

 

im not very techie, so havn't a clue how id go about doing this.

 

if anyone could give me a short step by step on how to get past this problem, it would be much appreciated.

what ive done so far, not working:

 

*Signed Up to hipay

 

*put correct setting in, groups, currencies & countries on prestashop

 

*Configured the module with my account number, merchant password & ID

(recieved error message "Hipay Categories not set for every Site ID)

 

*Configured allowed shipping zones

 

* Turned on ftp, allow_url_fopen (hostgator)

i had the same problem with the new version of hipay

replace the new by the old....

do you mean reinstall an old prestashop version, because id lose all my content yes?

 

or you mean add the old hipay module?, if so, how do i do that?

just replace the new hipay module by the old.

 

have you a backup of your previous prestashop version ?

if yes...

check in the module area : hipay and upload the module via ftp in your new prestashop version

ok, so ive deleted hipay, and replaced via the "upload module from computer" version 1.3 of hipay, which hipay sent me in an email.

 

after installing i have no errors showing in the configuartion, again with correct country/currency & group settings.

 

i no longer get any error message, so why still not working?

 

on checkout "no payment modules installed"
