hjbconcepts
Hello everybody, I hope somebody can help me out with the following problems of our Prestashop store. 1.) Although we have implemented a SSL Certificate, e.g. Google Chrome says, by crossing out the https symbol, that there are insecured elements on our website, and we don`t know why or which elements are causing this security problem. To get rid of this issue, we already have disabled all modules in our Prestashop, as well as the ones we have especially bought for our shop. However we are still facing the same problem - our website is still insecure 2.) As a result, and coming along with the above mentioned problem, regardless of which browser we are using to display our shop, we always get a "messed up" display in the sense that the webpage is not shown properly and all elements are mixed up. To get an impression of our problem, please have a look at the attached files. Thank you very much for your help and an answer in advance. Kind regards, Jens Edited July 20, 2012 by Mike Kranzler Please only post one issue per thread. (see edit history)

hjbconcepts
Hi Mike, Ok, I will obey this rule in the future, sorry, I didn`t know. Apart from that, are you able to help me with the SSL problem? Thanks for your help in advance, Kind regards, Jens
Mike Kranzler
Hi Jens, Usually, an SSL certificate is only necessary on "secured" pages on your website, such as your account, shopping cart, payment, etc. If the warning also shows up on those pages, please let us know and we'd be happy to try to look into this. However, otherwise this should not be an issue on your site. I hope this helps. -Mike
