Direct Link to Comment Form

Is there some way to create a link that I can email a buyer that will take them directly to the product page with the comment form already open and ready to fill-out.

 

As it is now users click the 'comments' tab. Then click the 'add a comment' button.

 

I want this already open. The part that comes up with the #idTab5 url of the 'add a comment' button.

 

Is there a quick mod I can do so the product template or comment template looks if a value is set in the url, and executes this tab to be open.

 

 

Does all this make sense? I know it is a very easy mod for anyone that understands.
