alexbfr
Hello, I bought "Login As Customer" on addons and installed on my server without problem. By cons, when I position myself on a client and I run "open FO as Client" I get a new blank page with fatal error. If I created a new client module works, this problem occurs on clients already registered. For information, past clients come from a shop in oscommerce. I think it must be a problem session key. Moreover, as a registered customer oscommerce, who logs in FO, can then be used with "Login As Customer" Thank you for your help or advice to follow Alex Ps: I contacted the developer but I have no response from

Mike Kranzler
Hi Alex, Since this is related to an external module, I can't really suggest anything in terms of a fix, but I am looking into this for you with our Addons team. If a developer is unwilling to support his work via that contact form, he is at risk of having his contributions removed from the Addons store. -Mike
disarci
Hi Mike! I already explain to Alex that the module cannot login as an old customer from oscommerce because they doesn't have a password in prestashop until they login. When you import the customer from oscommerce you need to hack the code for checking the password, so the password is not in standard prestashop format. berta recchia
I had the same problem with a similar module because the passwords from customers imported freom OsCommer is not compatible. If you are getting the fatal order for customers imported from OsC all you have to do is do to their account and change the password. After that you can connect.
