restore prestahop from ftp files

hi good afternoon, i recently haves a prestashop store, but i wanted to change it to another url, so i use ftp client to view all my files, i copy all my files from the old website and save them on my computer, how do i transfer them to my new website, i do not make a backup, but i have all the files and modules and themes, etc.

all you answers will be very helpful for me.
