Need Help Changing Header Links

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble with customising where my links go. I've got a series of header links that our currently defaulted to go to Shop Categories but I want them to go to CMS pages instead.

 

http://www.startopenstore.com/

 

About Us at the top currently goes to

 

http://www.startopenstore.com/category.php?id_category=6

 

But I want it to go to

 

http://www.startopenstore.com/cms.php?id_cms=4

 

 

I can inspect the html in Firebug and know how to change the link over but have no idea how to edit and save this in the files it needs to be saved in.

 

And can't figure out how to get CMS pages to show in the top navigation bar.

 

Sorry - first time using Prestshop I normally use Wordpress
