How to remove Confirmation mail: ORDER_CONF

Hi,

we add a custom module (CODWF) for cash and delivery.

In BO an FO all is ok.

But we have a problem in Order confirmation mail because it is not the additional amount for cash and delivery cost.

Is it possibile to modify the module or email for add the additional cost?

At last we need to delete order confirmation mail, but we can't find in on BO.
