guest*
Since two weeks I'm having mass of soft-404 error codes. I don't know why this. I've nothing changed on my websites. Is Google not recognizing anymore presta's 404.php, or what ? Or could it be a specific server problem, redirecting 200 wrong ?
phrasespot
One would have to see those 404s to even start hazarding a guess. Can you post a few samples?
guest*
I did some changes in my re-write rules and now no soft 404 anymore available. It seems that prestas 404.php does not cover all eventualities... I now mapped specific errors to static error-sites.
amanuensis
Hi Could you please give some indication as to what you actually did, I have the same problem as a lot seem to have on the forums but no answers are forthcoming. I an no coder, but knowing exactly what you did would help massively. Many thanks
