Refund products in order detail (back-end)

Hi all,

 

i came up on a little problem, when looking into order detail in backend, i accidentaly clicked on the quantity for refund products field, and pressed enter.

 

What happend is that the products werent returned to stock, and i m not able anymore to do something with these products in order detail.

 

Is there any way how to make this fool proof.

 

I mean, what if salesman accidentally do the same thing as I did. The only thing i came up with is to log as a customer and buy the products again. Then as a admin manually increase the stock for current product.

 

Any idea how to solve it better ?

 

Also is there a way to create customer and order in backend ?

 

I mean, a customer come to our shop (not eshop), and he want to buy something. As we hold all stock online (and we use presta to print invoices), does the salesman has to create a new account for customer, buy products, etc.. ?

 

Any idea ?
