Want to rtl Module

I have a problem i cant rtl the main header of this blockcart module..

i tryed global.css but it not working i even deltet all the part of the blockcart css to see if mattar ..

can i modfy it to be rtl on the tpl itslef? like adding float:right or sommtng?

Did you switch on the RTL in the Languages tab in the Back Office for the Hebrew language?

This is one of the few things that DID work with the new RTL options in Languages.
