previous / next navigation doesnt show up on products

hi guys,

 

i recently brought this "previous / next navigation" plugin on prestashop addons,

 

managed to get it showing on the admin panel (under preferences) ... but now it somehow doesnt want to show up on the products page.

 

anyone who has used

OR has any experience dealing with any such issues of plugin not showing up on the page.

please let me know of some steps i could follow to get this thing up.

 

its been about 10 days and i still cannot seem to configure this one.

The best thing to do is to send the developer a message through the add-ons. S/he will be the most familiar with the module

been doing that for the last 10 days, with a 1 day / 1 reply average from the dev's .. but havent got pretty much anywhere yet

It is difficult to help w/o seeing what the module does and since it is a paid module you cannot simply post it here. That is why I suggested you contact the developers.

 

You paid for the module and it should work. If it is not working, ask for a refund, or if the service you are getting is not satisfactory complain to PS. They are pretty good at dealing with that sort of issue.
