Mark Hesketh
Hi guys, I have a client website, both with Dev and Live versions running Prestashop 1.4.4.0. When placing an order Dev everything is fine and there's no problems. When placing an order on the Live website, there is a problem with the Order Validation page. The order appears in the back office and the payment is accepted, but the customer isn't sent a confirmation e-mail, and the confirmation page appears blank. The problem goes away when I disable the Prestashop Security Module. The module is enabled both on Live and Dev, but seems to work fine on Dev. Both the Dev and the Live website use the same Shop Key/ID in the Prestashop Security settings, I was wondering if this could be an issue? When I display PHP errors, theres a notice saying $id_cart was not defined, though as this is a notice I figured this is not fatal? Thanks, Mark

Mark Hesketh
Hi Clayton, The module is simply called Prestashop Security found in the prestafraud folder of /modules/.
Mark Hesketh
Can anyone shed any light on this?
ecityman
Why dont you upgrade to 1.4.9 and see if this issue persists? Is your Dev version also running on the same server with the required ports open? I had similar problem with earlier versions of Prestashop & Godaddy servers...But years back... Later i moved to another VPS host provider and issue got resolved automatically...
