inmalagadesign Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 Hi I have a website we-do-bling using prestashop 1.4 and i have set it up to use one page checkout system. There is a box that says use same delivery address as billing address ( always ticked) - not tested yet with an alternative address (see last email). If you un-tick the box you are prompted to add an address ( not followed this route until last email cleared). However, if you re-tick the box, you lose control on choice of postage!!! It comes back if you "reload" the page...but that's messy ( I'm only thinking some people will un-tick it by mistake or change their minds! Normally when you do this you can select the postage afterwards but this becomes locked for some reason – it is a bit odd though. Can anyone help or does anyone have any suggestions? The problem is at http://www.we-do-bling.com I have created a test account I have private messaged you the details If you go to checkout and then untick the box for using same address for billing it disables the postage options lower down on the page and even reticking the box doesn't renable the options. LiliekS Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) Hi, May I know which theme version did you use for your store? We have checked your website, and there was other issue on your checkout page too. We found another shopping cart detail under 'Payment Method'. It should not appear there (see attachment). Have you modified the .tpl file before? I suggest you try and download our latest theme. We have tested it and found no problem so far with the checkout page.
