Redzor
hello, i login with my account that i had made through the installation process. Its very strange, on the front end if you can see on the image the catogieries wont show any text and the images on the front end are missing. Maybe it is a small problem. On the installation process al the requirements where green, so its really strange. I can't look up something because i am at my work and the installation is on my computer @ home. Carl Favre
The images are a bit small so hard to see all the details . Do you use WAMP? Have you tried to reinstall PrestaShop? Same issue?

Redzor
Here are the larger screenshots. I have removed my site title from the printscreen. Additional information : The table prefix i have changed from ps into vb Through the installation process i have used the Default country: "Netherlands" Shop timezone: Amstedam Okay this is weird, In the meantime i created a new instalation of prestashop. I dindt alter anything and the webshop is now running fine. So or there is a problem with the table prefix. or with the country ? First of all, the problem might be related to the permisions table (ps_access), but that usually appears after a migration. I usually have this problem with older PS installations without prefix on the tables, i am too lazy to check but i suspect a hardcoded ps_ prefix in the sql upgrade somewhere. About the frontend. The demo data is in english, and when you add a new language the demo data has untranslated strings forn names, descriptions etc. You can see the rest but category names etc are blank because you don't have a dutch variant. larsky
I am having the same kind of trouble using Netherlands as default country during install. Whiped db and started over, this time using UK as default country.. now everything is ok. Carl Favre
The first time you logged in in your back-office, did you have "Acces denied"?
larsky
The first time you logged in in your back-office, did you have "Acces denied"? Yes i did have that... just like Redzor posted. Besides that, the installation process did not complete and got stuck on importing default products etc. So actually the installation process never finished correctly. With UK as default country everything went smoothly, although i disabled import prods/cats., so no experience with that part.
