How do i export products, orders and customers from DB?

I upgraded to prestashop 1.4.7.3 and all seemed ok so went live on the website, it was only afterward that i noticed that some aspects weren't working correctly in the back office but i had already added new products and received orders before i noticed so it was too late to roll back to my backups as i would loose the orders. I tried a clean install of prestaship 1.4.7.3 and then pointing it to the upgraded DB but the problems were still there so it obviously didn't complete the upgrade of the DB correctly.

 

I would ideally like to export the tables in the database for products, categories, customers and orders then do a clean install and restore the exported tables to a clean DB. Anyone got a module for doing this (preferably free or low cost) or information on how to do this from Phpmyadmin would be useful
