When i select on the Next button, It don't take me to step 4. It stays as it was, as you see in screen shots. It's possible they have you on an overloaded server, as you can see from a user with a similar issue here. Additionally, some users have had issues due to their password, as you can see here. Thanks again Do exactly what it says. Via FTP, delete the /install folder and rename the /admin folder. We require you to do this for security reasons.
