Need someone with experience

I hope I am posting this in the correct forum. I am somewhat familiar with shopping cart back end and product input. Not this particular cart but I am working on that right now. Looking for someone who knows the server and module installation stuff, what it takes to get the cart up and running and functioning properly. And how to alter shop appearance to suit my needs, such as modifying colors, changing and/or inserting various images, cosmetic stuff like that. I did look for a template but couold not find one that suited my needs, so I figure best to go with the basic and modify that. if you are interested, please email me and we can discuss your abilities (as fit my needs described here) and your fees.

Thank you to all who replied. If you have not gotten a personal reply from me yet, you probably will some time in the very near future. At every turn I find some new struggle because this is my first time setting up a cart myself and I am NOT a developer, so I am going to be needing a LOT of help.
