Using only the checkout of prestashop

Hello there,

 

thanks for reading the question about the following Situation:

 

We have an existing Website with product pages and a simple cart feature using http://simplecartjs.com/. So far our visitors are able to buy using google checkout and paypal.

 

No we teamed up with a online shop which uses prestashop. What we now want to do:

 

1) We would get all the information about the products using a XML Plugin or the REST API

2) Enable the user using our cart functionality

3) At some point we link the user to the prestashop checkout.

 

For this we create a "Private Boutique" at the same domain (we use a subdomain shop.domain.com). But our website and the shop are running on different servers.

 

Is there any way to interact between this system using the Cookie ?? or the API?
