YIKES! CacheFS.php Error Messages Galore

Hey guys... So I got an email from a customer saying she couldn't place an order and had the below error messages:

When I even tried to google parts of the error I see that there are results for my shop in the search results!! (Embarrassing?! example http://www.shoprushsoccer.com/en/youth/82-youth-baseball-shirt.html) I looked int he .php file and I don't know enough about this code to do anything...

 

I tried turning off cache to no avail.

Clarify please you are talking about the File system cache (at the bottom of the page) that you turned off and still have this problem.
