Egungon Posted July 7, 2012 Share Posted July 7, 2012 I deleted my prestashop folder to test something, when I restored it, the website at /prestashop didn't work anymore. The admin panel also was not able to be linked to. Does anyone know what the problem is? Do I have to reinstall it or what? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tomerg3 Posted July 7, 2012 Share Posted July 7, 2012 Hard to say, as we do not know what exactly you deleted, and what exactly you restored.... What do you get when you try to access the site? Do you have file in the home folder as well as all the subfolders? You should compare what you have there with the default installation files in Prestashop and see what is missing. The site says Forbidden You don't have permission to access /prestashop/ on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
