Pippo3000 Posted July 30, 2012 Share Posted July 30, 2012 no help really but looking at the screen shot there seems to be something which could be a button, it is actually a white rectangle on white ground though with gray borders, just right of 'other payment methods'. try to click on that. maybe an image file for your button is missing?
