Will I lose my customized emails when I upgrade the shop? If yes. Are there any way to backup for restore them, when upgrade process has done? Mike Kranzler Posted July 6, 2012 Share Posted July 6, 2012 Hi Valentin, If you back up all of your data, both of your files and your database, you should have nothing to worry about. I'm not aware of custom email templates being lost during an upgrade, but even if they are, you will be able to restore them from the backup.
