Waktu Confirm di bagian Payment, "Order Creation Failed"

Hi,

 

Mau minta bantuan para ahli prestashop donk.

Saya kan baru saja ingin mencoba menggunakan CMS prestashop sebagai website e-commerce saya.

Beberapa hal yang saya inginkan sudah berhasil saya modifikasi.

Namun, pada final step pemesanan barang, ada muncul error.

Coba gunakan module bankwire default bawaan prestashopnya > atur > ujicoba

Jika berjalan lancar, maka Prestashopnya tidak bermasalah

Pastikan module yang anda gunakan kompatible dengan versi Prestashop Anda atau tanyakan kepada developer module tersebut

According to my PrestaShop Bible (my Troubleshooting Guide), it is the database structure error, please follow the steps below, make sure oyu have phpMyAdmin installed before continue.

 

Solving Order creation failed error message

You must have phpMyAdmin install under PrestaShop and access it through a web browser.

1. Select the database that is belonging to the shop that displays such error.
   
2. Find ps_orders on your left-hand panel and click once.
   
3. Select Structure link on the top of the right-hand panel.
   
4. And find #9 reference and click the link Change.
   
5. Check the selection Null and click Save.
   

 

That should do the trick!
