jaggyobin
Hi, I tried to find a solution to my problem in the forum, but I could not find anything. I installed Prestashop version 1.4.6.2 and I have activated the form PayPal (the v2.8.7 that came with this version of Prestashop). I configured the module you choose the solution "Payments by credit card", the "PayPal Express Checkout" Sandbox mode is not active, type of payment "Direct: sales," added several API credentials and save the settings. Now, the last step of the purchase, when I click the button order confirmation, I have an answer as a blank page with the message: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [no address Given] Them and inform of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have Caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. The PayPal module is essential in an ecommerce website. Before continuing to work to create the store, I should solve the problem. Can anyone help me?
Mike Kranzler
Hi jaggyobin, An internal server error is usually a server-side issue, either with incorrect permissions or a forbidden function. Please see the suggestions here and here and let me know if any of those work for you. -Mike

mben
I only set the permissions to 755 on the folder "paypal" inside the "modules" folder, and all is working fine. Is that blind luck only? Edited October 23, 2012 by mben (see edit history)
