HomeflairRov Posted July 5, 2012 Share Posted July 5, 2012 Hi, I recently received a message from a customer saying that they can't order from our website (http://homeflair.org.uk) as when they come to choose a carrier for delivery, they get an error message stating that there is no carrier that delivers to their area in Lancashire. The odd thing is though, on our site we only have one carrier set up and it's for the whole UK - we don't have different shipping prices/carriers/etc set up for different counties, so I don't see how this message is coming up for this customer's address in particular. I've tried using their address myself, it looks legit, but the "There is no carrier that delivers to this area" error message comes up during check out. I'm using prestashop 1.4.6.2 Any ideas what to do? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
