[Solved]Problem using č,ć,ž,š,đ caracters in forms BO and Front

Hi,

 

I am building new shop and on clean install (just theme was changed)

First I notes a problem when costumer try to log in in front office and hi/she had č,ć,ž,š,đ characters in Name, last name etc... log in do not except this characters and than error appears:

There are 2 errors :

• lastname is required. (Last name was entered with ć character)
  
• address (1) is required. (address was entered with ž character)
  

But work perfect without special characters.

 

I thoth that this is just an log in problem but than I all so notes that I can't fill information to some modules (not all) in BO in module bank wire it save the info to until first special character in line and other text not saved so if there is (Davčna) it saves just (Dav)

 

I am using the last version of prestashop and Slovenian default language.

If someone have an idea what can that be as I have not had that experience with presta shop to until now.

I have discover that probably this is not PS issue but server as I give up on this project for today end in the meantime try to work on some Joomla project on same server and there is same problem.

I will post the solution when I found one.

A few days ago when we try to resolve an error:

 

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product.

 

Details:

Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest]

Text status: error

 

we also change PHP settings on server for mbstring and this cosing the problem that I couldn't save any čćžđš characters on any site on this server.

 

Now everything works ok.
