sharkyb Posted July 4, 2012 Share Posted July 4, 2012 Hi, I have had a Prestashop for a year and a half ..... http://www.sharkbait.co.uk/shop version 1.3.2.3 I haven't changed anything since I set it up and it has worked fine up until now. All of a sudden I have been unable to login to the backend and when I request for a new password it says an email has been sent to me but never arrives. A customer has also emailed me saying he has lost his password and is not receiving an email when he uses the 'lost password' form so he cannot login either. I have set up a test customer account and have requested a lost password but again no email has been recieved. Has anyone any idea how I can rectify this and what is actually the problem? The 'lost password' emails are still not being sent out though. Any ideas why this might suddenly stopped? Many thanks for your help. I don't know why the PHP settings had stopped working but I have changed the settings to my own SMTP and all is working fine now. Many many thanks!
