Manufacturer list showing 0 products against manufacturers names and no images

Hi,

I am currently working on PS 1.5.0.13 and facing the problem with manufacturer list. It is correctly showing the manufacturer name and description but number of products are shown as 0. Also the image is not getting displayed. It looks like the $manufacturer.nb_products is being returned as 0 and not the exact number of products.

Is anyone else also facing the same problem or its just on my setup. Can anyone help in rectifying this?

 

In preferences -> general -> Display suppliers and manufacturers is selected as "yes"

 

I tried enabling/disabling the manufacturer block module but does not help.

Same problem with 1.5.2

 

I have them assigned at BO but products don´t show at supplier list.

 

Can anyone confirm that this is working in 1.5.2?

Hi,

seeyei, If you really need supliers, try to change in Preference -> Products ->Default order by: Position inside category - NOT Product added date. It should work in Presta 1.5.2 (this is bug)

or

try to change in phpMyAdmin in table ps_configuration

PS_PRODUCTS_ORDER_WAY = 1 on 1

PS_PRODUCTS_ORDER_BY = 2 on 6

in second way you will have available products at the top of list.
