Edit multiple categories in one shot?

Hello,

 

I imported a database of product that created the categories and subcategories, all in Spanish only (the names in French and English appear in Spanish too).

Need to translate them to French and English, but it would be hours and hours if I do it one by one.

 

Is there any way to edit many at the the same time?????

Is it possible to change the cattegories names directly on the database using navicat or something like that????
