How to modify Footer block of default theme in 1.5

I am experimenting to get familiar with Prestashop 1.5. While experimenting, I need to know how to modify and customize the content of the footer block in the default theme.

 

I could:

1) Modify the default background colour (#333) of the footer block by changing the line 540 of ~/themes/default/css/glabal.css

#footer {
	color:#fff;
	background:#85a02a
...

 

2. Change the order of the footer contents from (admin page) Modeles->Positions->Footer

 

Now, I need to remove some of the contents under Footer->MY ACCOUNT and Footer->INFORMATION as seen in the image under red blocks.

So this is the solution.

Go to blockcms.tpl into folder blockcms

Go to line 50

the unwanted lines end at line 55

Delete the unwanted lines

the line does not exceed begins by "<li class="item"><a href="{$link->getPageLink($contact_url, true)}"
