Product price with reduction on Product List

Anyone know how do I show the old price and the new one (with reduction) even on pages that are not the Product Page?

 

In example:

 

I would like to show on each product listed both on Home Featured and Category Page/Product List kinda like this:

 

$99,00 $59,00

 

On the Product Page the price without reduction (the old) is called by {convertPrice price=$productPriceWithoutRedution}.

 

But it doesn't work on the other situations.

 

Any thoughts?
