Product Comparison displaying irrelevant features

Recommended Posts

Hi again guys,

Hopefully a quick one, I guess I've chosen a setting wrong - when I compare two products on the front-end, it shows me features that are blank for both products (i have a LOT of features, and not all products require all features). Is there a way to only compare the features that the products actually have selections for?

Thanks!

Simon

Hi scruft,

Can you post screenshots of the two products you are trying to compare (front office + back office features)?

Sure,

Front-End:

Product 2:

Features like "Phthalates" and "Depth" are both blank for the products, so I don't know why they'd show on the front end.

Do you have a answer? I have the same problem.

Not yet.. I think it's strange that it would display features that have no value - surely stores don't use every single feature on every single product?!
