jimpluss
Is any one know why I'm getting this message from my host when I try to set up cron job. tomerg3
Because your site is in maintenance mode You will need to add the server's IP to the allowed IP list (in Preferences tab)

hairysome
I contacted my web host on this. They told me to bring the site out of maintenance mode (Back Office -> Preference -> Enable Shop) It works.
jmthd
I'm having the same issue. My shop is enabled, and my server's country is certainly allowed access. Any other ideas?
jmthd
I disabled Geolocation by IP and all is working fine now (even though my server's country was set to be allowed). Bug maybe? (using v. 1.4.9)
EmmanuelTesson
Hi i have the same problem with PS 1.5.6.1 with geolocalization and crontab. I added my server IP, but i'm still having the same erreor as describe above. If someone have an idea to correct this
tomerg3
Are you sure you added the correct IP? You can try to edit the error message to include the detected IP, as it may be different than what you think. Just for testing though, you may want to turn off maintenance mode and make sure that is indeed the culprit.
EmmanuelTesson
Thanks for your quick answer ! Finally, i found the solution... To use the geolocalization IP restriction and crontab, you have to specify the local address of the server (127.0.0.1) in the list of authorized IP. In my post above, i added the public server IP. That is not necessary. Edited January 17, 2014 by EmmanuelTesson (see edit history)
