Unaligned address/postage sections on One Page Checkout when clicking on Save Address

hi there, on one page checkout, when i save the address half way down it messes up the alignment of the address section and the postage (see attached image). if i refresh the page it aligns properly.

 

I've looked at the source code and notice that when you save the address, it puts an overlay on the page, i know this is where it is messing up but can't work out what code i need to change.

changed the title, but still really stuck with my problem - would really appreciate some help if anyone knows how to get the boxes aligned
