Urgent Help Needed to Find A Plugin Which Can Asks For Postcode During Checkout

As i mentioned in topic, i am looking for a plugin which prompts users to insert first part of post code, such as if a post code is E17 32BD, they are prompted to insert first part of their post code, which actually will be an area code. That will then be matched with area codes admin ads up, if the area code, entered by user is matched up with database, then it proceeds with checkout process, otherwise inform user that we do not deliver in there area.

 

Urgent help will be appreciated.

You can either put all of the zip codes that you want to ship to in, or you can wild card a range like you said in your post.

Please check this link http://www.just-eat.co.uk/restaurants-spicetowerfoodbarsk7 when you click on Menu, it gives a popup, where users enter first part of are code and then system matches it to the database, if the area code is not in DB, it prompts user that we dont deliver in this area, otherwise it proceeds with checkout process.

 

Please let me know if above module can perform that fucntion.

 

Also let me know how much would you charge to tweak the premade theme, i need some color changes.
