CSV Won't Import via PHPMyAdmin

Hey folks,

I've been setting up an upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1 and I exported my shop db via phpmyadmin into a csv file on my laptop. Uploading that into my new shop database gives me an error at line 1 and won't load. The file is in utf8 and the first few lines look like;

What's causing the error so it won't import?

Anyone seriously....I'm willing to pay for support here to post. This should work easily but then again this software has problems left,right and center. I can hear the Magento phone calling my name.
