Voucher Help 1.4.6.2

Hi

 

Im trying to setup a voucher for a specific group of customers on my prestashop, i have created the group and only have myself added in at the moment while i get this working.

 

Ive set the voucher up for the customer group and as far as im aware everything is set up correct, i keep getting this error message though when i try to use the voucher on checkout.

 

 

There is 1 error :

1. This discount does not apply to that product category.
   

Ive set this up 3 or 4 times now and cant figure it out at all, anyone shed any light on this as i have it all set up as should be..

there is a setting to select which categories the voucher would apply to. Have you selected a category?

yes i have this set to "home"

 

this is what i cant understand and why it isnt working..

I have also tried adding the specific categories of which we have 5 so ive tried with home being selected, and then added the specific cats in the editing side of it, and still no joy...

perhaps it is an issue with the version of prestashop you are using? I am not having this issue, but I am also not creating vouchers for customer groups.

 

Perhaps you have a module or modification that is conflicting? If you can, I would try to install a demo v1.4.6.2 and see if the functionality works without any modifications or custom modules/themes.
