canyoncrest
I enter in my credentials, I believe them to be correct, but please check the attached images. I keep getting this error, over several days- Prestashop could not connect to UPS webservices : UPS Webservice seems to be down, please wait a few minutes and try again I have no idea where to go next! I have submitted an email to UPS but have little faith that it will help. The documentation on using the UPS module seems mighty thin, I have read it, and googled this error to death! I even tried not using the module, but manually setting up shipping and that didn't work, didn't even enable in store pickup!
phrasespot
Check that you can reach the USPS server from your server by other means, e.g. ping the USPS service from your server, to make sure it is reachable from your server. Maybe your server added that ip to a blacklist ot vice versa..
canyoncrest
UPS replied: "What URL address are you posting the request file to?" Which they clarified: "The URL that I am looking for is the one that PrestaShop sends the rating request to in order to obtain the UPS Shipping Rate estimate. This should have a *ups.com* inside of the URL." My hosting service tech support said that there is no problem reaching the ups server. (this is UPS not the postal service)

canyoncrest
I set up PS on another host, and it worked fine, so the issue was my host. Thank you very much for your help.
canyoncrest
The next issue I have is: I correctly configured UPS module. However, Under "Shipping" then "Carriers," all of the UPS options have disappeared.
