Validacion de numeros en nuevo campo teléfono en el formulario de contacto

He agregado un nuevo campo en el formulario de contacto, el problema radica que solo hace la validación cuando el campo esta vacio pero no valida que solo sean numeros, alguien puede ayudarme les envio el código
