Delete all orders and stats

I just installed presta on a new domain and in order to keep all settings and product describtions from my other webshop, i simple copied the whole phpmyadmin to the new shop. But now all orders and stats from the other webshop is presented in the new. How do I delete all this?

You can delete it from the database using phpmyadmin.

 

Forgot to say there is also a code hack floating around that adds a button so you can delete orders just like you would normally delete customers, products, etc.
