GR - Future Group
Hey, I'm running a site at www.commonheritage.dk. I have made several Keyword Typos in the BO. For some reason it won't work. Try typing in: Tee-shirt - it should redirect to t-shirt. Any ideas? Running 1.4.7.3 Thanks in advance

GR - Future Group
Hi Mike, Thanks for the quick answer! I've followed that exact guideline. Do you mean anything in particular? Could it be to the lack of tags on my products (I can easily find the product when searching for the correct name)? Thanks in advance. I'm running the free theme Matrice for 1.4 and using the standard quick search module.
Mike Kranzler
Have you tried temporarily switching back to the default PrestaShop theme? We cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with themes downloaded elsewhere. -Mike

GR - Future Group
Hello thanks for your answer But it didn't work. I tried reverting to the standard Prestashop theme, which did not solve the problem. Do you have any ideas about how to solve this problem? Mike Kranzler
Searching for "t-shirt" on your site doesn't return any results either, so please try changing the target term from t-shirt to t-shirts, and let me know if that works any better for you. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Are those keywords also entered as tags for the individual products? -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Per PrestaShop's rules, I cannot access your personal information without a signed contract. For which test product did you add the tags? Could you please post a screenshot here of those settings as well? -Mike

sanjaydungarwal
Hello, I am running a online store- http://store.9gems.in with Prestashop 1.5.1. Have problem in searching aliases and tags. Alias search doesn't work at all. My alias re-direct to tags therefore I have assigned higher weights to tags than Product name or category, but no results ! I have followed exact steps as mentioned. I have tried to re-build the entire index and missing index. Tried re-installing whole prestashop store but same results. I have observed one thing, if i add aliases for certain tags, i cannot find the tagged product by the actual keyword also. Anyone please help !
