Yet another image regen issue

I am currently using powweb for my site sinnerslingerie.com but when ever i try and use the image regen button i get a small load then an error 500 but around 7 products images will be generated..... HELP i have tried both the settings of 755 and 777 for all img and internal directories

the only way i found of getting around this is to move the completed files out of the folder again and again but now i have over 500 products and that will kill me >.> i would need to do it over 100 times lol

I have a similar problem, when I try to regen images it seems to remove the links to the existing images and fail to reproduce the new images leaving me with lots of items with no images which I have to add back by hand.

Please can some one let us know the full set of permissions required for this function to work correctly and which folders and their contents.
