The first is for the everyday shopper that finds my site, the second is for our team drivers and dealers is for other shops we supply our products to. What I need to be able to do is have tax rules applied to standard and team but dealers have a Federal Tax Id and don't pay tax. So how can I set it up so that the Dealers group is not charged tax on checkout.
