kelvin430 Posted June 22, 2012 Share Posted June 22, 2012 Dear All, I am having a problem with the "Cash on Delivery (COD)" module and was wondering if anyone else have experienced this issue. I was testing the module by first placing an order and selecting COD as the payment method. Everything seems to work fine up to that point. When I went to the back office to try to cancel the order, the system marks the order as cancelled but the dollar amount of the item remains. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks inadvance!
