Mike Kranzler
Hi PrestaNub, That error is generated on UPS' end, I would recommend that you contact them for more information. -Mike
PrestaNub
UPS response: Based on my research, our records show that the provided Access Key is a good and active key. However, based on the image provided, I noticed that you need to setup a "Classification Code" for your shopping cart. Our records show that the UPS account number associated with the provided Access Key has a "Classifcation Code" of 04. For assistance with setting up the "Classification Code" in prestashop shopping cart, please contact the shopping cart provider.
Mike Kranzler
Hi PrestaNub, I'm really not sure what you're doing, because I've never heard of a Classification Code with PrestaShop or the UPS module. Can you please post a screenshot of your module configuration (with the API information crossed out) so that I can try to see what may be causing these issues? -Mike
PrestaNub
I have no idea what the class code is. I feel that was just a canned response from UPS. Edited June 22, 2012 by PrestaNub (see edit history)
Mike Kranzler
I have no idea what the class code is. I feel that was just a canned response from UPS. Unfortunately, it was. Can you please try changing the pickup type, as mentioned in the error message? -Mike
PrestaNub
that worked but will that still just give me rates? Edited June 22, 2012 by PrestaNub (see edit history)
Mike Kranzler
that worked but will that still just give me rates? It should, as long as you configure anything properly. In the future, please pay attention to the full text of the error messages. More often than not, they will give you a hint about what is going wrong. -Mike
