Always Display back order text when not in stock?

Hi!

I have taken over a shop that is built on PrestaShop=) Which is a deligt to work with. But one setting puzzles me.

 

I have many products on the page and the settings for stock handling was disabled. I have now reenabled it and when i put items in stock they show 1-2 in stock. as it should be. BUT I also want the products to display Back order, when NOT in stock. Now it stays blank.. I can always put in text when not in stock. but I dont want to do that on 300+ products:S

 

Is there a way to do this on all produtcts as default?=) Ive tried the edit AdminProducts thing. but I still have to open all products and save them for the text to show:(

 

Any ideas?=)
