Error Occurred After Upgrade From v1.3.2 to v1.4.8

Please help me with this issue as it is urgent.

 

I have just upgraded my shop from v1.3.2 to latest version v1.4.8.2. As soon as the upgrading was completed, I got an error “Invalid loadTaxZones() SQL query!”.

 

I have searched the issue on the forum and there is a similar topic. However, the saturation is different. I was just upgraded my shop and I didn’t change my database so the solution doesn’t fix my problem. Here is my upgraded shop (not yet migration to LIVE). http://www.lovestati...m.au/prestashop. If you click any link on the top menu and you will see the error “Invalid loadTaxZones() SQL query!”.
