Edit the following file: /config/config.inc.php

 

Search for this:

 

@ini_set('display_errors', 'off');

 

 

and change it to this:

 

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

 

 

 

Back to the Themes tab and tell me what error you jump

Actually the solution is simple, the password database can not contain the character "%", I changed my password and everything went well.
