Mike Kranzler
Hi BIKE, This is due to some sort of issue with your configuration, either your zones or packaging or some other sort of options you've set up. Since this is an error generated on UPS' end, I would recommend that you contact them to try to determine what the issue may be in your situation. I hope this helps. -Mike
Tim The Bikeman
I contact UPS and this is what they had to say, UPS provides the information required by a developer to create an application that can interface with our systems and gather data. The end user applications, such as the UPS components of your shopping cart, are completely the service provider's creation. For this reason, you will need to contact your provider for assistance with this issue. I can tell you that errors of this type are most commonly caused by the use of the service that is not valid for the origin country. For example, UPS Ground is not valid for shipments originating outside the U.S.

That error does mean you are trying to offer a service that is not available in your country, but I was hoping they would be able to give you more in-depth advice than that. I can't tell you much more without deep knowledge of your specific configuration, but I would recommend that you look into what shipping options you are providing to see if one or more of those could be the root cause of this issue. -Mike
Tim The Bikeman
When I ran a test order through my shopping cart, I see two shipping carriers. My carrier and UPS, the my carrier used to be my business it said Timberloft Bicycle Shop. I tried to change it to UPS ground and I click save and it would change bike to my business as carrier. So I deleted it now it just reads my carrier. When I go to choose carrier I see two shippers My Carrier and UPS, Why can't I delete my carrier and only show UPS?
