Generated htaccess does not include shop context

I'm testing 1.5.0.13 version.

 

When saving SEO & URL form the htaccess file is generated but it does not include the context of my shop into the rules.

It does not work because it should include "/ps15rc1/" in front of "index.php" and all "img/..." like this:
